Terance Mann had looked pretty good in flashes this season, which is a good sign for the mid-second-round pick (48th) out of Florida State. The challenge is on the Clippers, with Patrick Beverley and Lou Williams ahead of him on the depth chart, there was not a lot of minutes to be had with the big club. Mann bounced between the Clippers and their G-League affiliate, the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario.

It was in the developmental league on March 8 that Mann suffered an injury to a ligament in his right hand.

With the G-League season canceled and the NBA season’s future uncertain, Mann underwent surgery on his hand now, the team announced on Wednesday.

There is no timetable for his return, but the same can be said of the entire NBA.

Mann got into 35 games for the Clippers, starting six. With the Agua Caliente Clippers he averaged 15.4 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 5.7 assists a game.
