Bucks’ Eric Bledsoe forgets to pass ball inbounds, just dribbles it in, draws whistle

The Bucks Eric Bledsoe had his senior moment in a nationally televised game.

Early in the fourth quarter of the Bucks eventual win against the Clippers, Bledsoe was supposed to pass the ball inbounds to Giannis Antetokounmpo to start the play but went brain dead for a second and just dribbled it in.

That didn’t quite get past the referees, although it seemed to stun Mitchell Ervin and it took a second for him to blow the play dead (it is an inbounds infraction).

Bledsoe had a sense of humor about it, via Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

“I think J.R. (Smith) called me on the phone at halftime and told me I had to make a little play. I had to laugh it off, man. It was funny.”

He’s right, it was funny.
