Julius Randle will get PAID this summer.
The Lakers reportedly didn’t want to risk tying up cap space into future years and passed on extending Randle before the season at about $12.5 million per. Since then Randle has gone out and had a monster season — 16.2 points and 8 rebounds a game, being a beast around the rim — that has earned him a lot more than that per season. There are a host of teams lined up to poach him from Los Angeles (with Dallas rumored to be at the front of the queue).
Why? Because he can do things like this to poor guys like Tyler Zeller.
Randle has done that to a lot of people this season.
