Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 37 points in the first 28 minutes of last night’s Knicks-Wizards game. New York led by as many as 27 and was still up 16 at that point.
Then, Bradley Beal said he told Hardaway the Knicks guard wouldn’t score again:
Hardaway didn’t, and Washington came back for a 118-113 win. Late in the game, Bradley Beal – who scored 36 and was basking in his upgraded defense – showed off on a fastbreak.
NBC Sports Washington:
That was still a four-point game with about a minute left! That’s wild!
But Beal was clearly feeling himself at that point. Love the confidence.
