The Jordan era Bulls would not have been a six-time champion without Jerry Krause.
Sure, the GM of that team had clashes with Michael Jordan and Phil Jackson and just about everyone else in Chicago, but he put that iconic team together. He made aggressive moves that Jordan and others opposed but that kept them at the top. He was far from flawless, but he was also not the villain he was later portrayed as by some.
