The Golden State Warriors got the best of the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night, 130-114. It was a heated matchup, with former Thunder star Kevin Durant making his return to Chesapeake Energy Arena to face understandably angry Oklahoma City fans.
The hometown crowd — inspired by Russell Westbrook and Kendrick Perkins — decided to troll the Warriors with “cupcake” signs, t-shirts, and body art. The teasing is a reference to an Instagram by Westbrook mocking Durant as soft.
After the win, it was the Warriors who decided to embrace the troll, with Draymond Green doing his postgame interview on ESPN wearing one of the cupcake t-shirts.
Meanwhile, Stephen Curry grabbed one to take home for himself:
In three games, the Warriors have beat the Thunder by a combined 63 points.
