In the second quarter on Sunday, McCollum was driving with his left hand toward the center of the floor. Oladipo had turned his hips, and once McCollum crossed the timeline he saw an opportunity to change direction.
McCollum then stopped, gave Oladipo a little bump, and then crossed over with a behind-the-back dribble that sent his opponent flying.
Nothing highlight truthers can yell at here. Bumps are part of the game, McCollum didn’t give him a full chicken wing, and it’s not one of those crosses where it’s really the dribbler stepping on someone’s foot. That’s a legit crossing of Oladipo’s legs on a nasty change of direction.
