The Dallas Mavericks, a team many picked to be fighting for a fringe playoff spot in the Western Conference this year, have had a rough go of it. Rick Carlisle & Company didn’t notch their 10th win of the season until Dec. 29th, but they’ve recently turned things around.

Dallas is now 8-3 in their last 11 games and sitting at at 19-30 for the year, good enough for 11th place in the West and in position to threaten for the 8 seed.

So how did they do it?

By hitting a giant reset button drawn on a whiteboard. No, really:

That’s one of the greatest things I’ve ever heard. Not even an actual button. Drawn on a whiteboard!

I want the Mavericks to make the playoffs now more than ever.
