The dribble came late in the second quarter with Irving isolated on Westbrook on the right side of the floor. Irving tested the waters toward the baseline, and eventually got Westbrook to bite on a dribble toward the right.
Once Irving got the Thunder star’s hips turned almost completely toward the baseline, he reversed direction and floated toward the hoop for the layup.
Westbrook, to add insult to injury, was also whistled for a foul on the play.
Irving went on to complete the and-1 opportunity, and the Cavaliers beat the Thunder, 107-91.
Westbrook, meanwhile, notched another triple-double with 20 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists.
