Steve Kerr is the head coach of the Golden State Warriors, which means sometimes he has to get tough with officials. That happened against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night, when mics near the sidelines picked up Kerr berating official Mitchell Ervin after a call Kerr didn’t agree with.

With around six minutes left in the second quarter at Staples Center, Lakers C Timofey Mozgov was wrestling down low with Warriors forward Zaza Pachulia.

Mozgov had the inside angle on the play, but Pachulia got a bit of his arm. Here’s the play:

It doesn’t look like much, but Pachulia craftily put his right arm on top of Mozgov’s shoulder, pinning the Lakers center’s arm so he couldn’t reach for the ball.

Ervin apparently saw it despite his angle on the baseline, and whistled the Warriors for a foul.

Kerr was not happy, and voiced his displeasure about it to Ervin including asking him to give him the same call on the other end of the floor.
