Jason Kidd says Giannis Antetokounmpo will be Bucks’ starting point guard next season

Free agency hasn’t played out yet, but Bucks head coach Jason Kidd already has an idea of what next year’s roster is going to look like. And it involves a lot of Point Giannis. Giannis Antetokounmpo has been Milwaukee’s starting point guard since Michael Carter-Williams‘ season-ending hip surgery, and Kidd says that’s going to continue next season.

From the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel‘s Charles Gardner:

The Bucks’ official Twitter account had the same idea:

It’s a little premature to make decisions on next season’s rotation before the offseason plays out, but if this is the direction they’re going, it speaks to their embrace of the future of the NBA, with positions mattering less and less every year. It’s going to be fun to watch.
