Miami’s motivations are a little less clear. Surely, Bosh’s long-term health matters, but how much does triggering insurance benefits factor? It’s also not an either/or proposition.
Bosh says he has no blood clots, but if he’s still on blood-thinners, it’s nearly impossible doctors clear him to play. The risk is just too great.
