Cuban: “Clippers are who they’ve been for the past 30 years”


The now-legendary DeAndre Jordan saga of this summer is several months old, but there’s clearly no love lost between Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and the Clippers. The two teams faced each other on Thursday night for the first time since Jordan spurned a verbal agreement with the Mavs to return to the Clippers in a blaze of emojis. In pregame comments to reporters, Cuban insisted he isn’t mad about how things unfolded, but made no bones about how he feels about the Clippers as a franchise:

This game is at Staples Center, so Cuban made these comments as a visitor. Things might get ugly on November 11, when the Clippers go to Dallas for the first time. But this feud isn’t going to die down anytime soon.
