The Pacers have continued filling out the end of their bench with young players. On Saturday, they signed Glenn Robinson III to a three-year deal, his agency told Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports:
Free-agent forward Glenn Robinson III has agreed to a three-year contract with the Indiana Pacers, his agents Austin Brown and Aaron Mintz of CAA told Yahoo Sports.
Robinson, 21, became an unrestricted free agent after the Philadelphia 76ers declined to make him a qualifying offer.
Robinson was a second-round pick by the Timberwolves in 2014. They waived him midway through his rookie season, and he spent the rest of the year on the Sixers. He averaged 4.4 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in 35 games between the two teams — 25 in Minnesota and 10 in Philadelphia.
