The Nuggets have been quietly conducting their head coaching search without the fanfare that greeted the Thunder, Pelicans, Magic and Bulls in their turns on the carousel. Mike D’Antoni has been linked to Denver’s opening, and there have even been rumblings that former Knicks head coach and current Clippers assistant Mike Woodson is under consideration.
