Because of Ricky Rubio’s ankle injury, he and Andrew Wiggins have played together just five percent of the Timberwolves’ minutes together this season.
The early returns on that combination are strong, though. Minnesota outscores opponents by 12.7 points per 100 possessions with Wiggins and Rubio on the floor – as opposed to getting outscored by 10.7 per 100 overall.
