Kemba Walker nails and-one game-winner against Pelicans

Kemba Walker started the season with not one, but two, buzzer beaters in the Hornets’ win over the Bucks. It’s been mostly downhill for Charlotte since, though Walker hit another game-winner against the Knicks to keep the season from getting too dire.

Now, the Hornets and their most clutch player might be headed in the right direction.

Walker hit the above game-winner, impressively even getting up a shot amid contact, against the Pelicans tonight.

He finished with 31 points – his third straight game with at least 30 in Charlotte’s third straight win. Al Jefferson, who did it last January, was the franchise’s only player to score 30 in three straight since Glen Rice in 1998. (Remember, those records count now.)
