J.J. Redick hits a fadeaway, baseline runner to beat the halftime buzzer vs. Blazers (VIDEO)

J.J. Redick was one of the lone bright spots for the Clippers on Saturday, during an otherwise disjointed first half performance against the Blazers in a matinee contest at Staples Center.

As Portland scored 62 points and looked great playing cohesive team basketball, L.A. struggled to get open looks, and took mostly contested jumpers that didn’t exactly come within the flow of the offense.

But Redick hit all five of his shots while playing almost 17 first half minutes, including this tough look from the baseline as he was running in the opposite direction just before the halftime buzzer sounded.
