The Bucks held an intrasquad scrimmage for fans on Saturday, and while the contest was a short one by NBA standards, there were more than a few highlights.
Jabari Parker led all scorers with 10 points, while playing 24 of the game’s 30 minutes.
“At the beginning of training camp I was a little lost,” Parker said, via Andrew Gruman of FOX Sports Wisconsin. “But I think everything came full circle for me today.
“It’s been real special for me, being thrown in the fire so early. I just love it that I’m being able to be around some good guys, real veterans. The experience is helping me go fast. I’m able to catch on a little better because I have good teammates.”
Parker was selected by the Bucks with the second overall pick in this summer’s draft, and is expected to have a prominent role with the team in the upcoming season.
