John Wall with the steal and layup to force double-OT vs. Spurs (VIDEO)

The Wizards were very close to winning their third straight at home over one of the West’s top-three teams, but ultimately fell to the Spurs 125-118 after two overtime sessions.

The fact that a second overtime was needed to decide it was all thanks to John Wall, who made the read on a poor decision by Tim Duncan on an inbound pass with 6.1 seconds remaining in the first overtime, and went the distance for a layup to tie the game at 115.

Washington had beaten Portland and Oklahoma City in its last two contests, but couldn’t quite close out San Antonio in this one.
